How We Celebrate Christmas in Sanitas Peru
At Sanitas Peru, we know Christmas is a good occasion to renew our hopes and dreams, thus, we always promote unity, love, peace, and integration encouraging and strengthening our organization's values.
Christmas for us is a synonym of solidarity, cooperation, service, and compassion in the light of others' needs. This is how we organize ourselves to make some sort of donation to those in need, seek shelters for children and the elderly as well as foundations and hospitals letting us to share a moment full of joy with them.
The good feelings awoken during this time of year bring us together to decorate our workplaces in the best way. This helps spread the Christmas cheer, generates common areas to socialize and brings us together as a Sanitas team.
Activities such as playing Secret Santa are a part of Sanitas Peru's Christmas traditions; but, undoubtedly the "Chocolatada" is the main act in this celebration. The latter is celebrated a day before Christmas Eve or the same day (depending on the date) when the whole company comes together with much enthusiasm and optimism to share a moment filled with unity and fraternity. During the celebration, a group toast is said, delicious hot chocolate is served with "Panettone" (an Italian cake) and team achievements are recognized on both a personal and professional basis.
Happy Holidays to our Sanitas Peru family as well as all of OSI.
