OSI's Strategic Plan 2016-2018 set great challenges for our international organization's Human Development teams by designing and implementing a Human Resources model, which not only allows for local but also international operations management by means of suitable work environments; attraction, development and loyalty program for the best talents; enhancing high performance standards for development, productivity, efficiency, quality, and service.
During this gathering, Colombia, Peru, Brazil, Venezuela, and Mexico began to work towards achieving this goal by establishing policies, guidelines, and cross practices which can operate in all the countries within the organization's cultural framework, labor legislation, and the specific needs of each country.
In September, the Human Development team will reconvene to follow up on the Human Resources Management model, which aids the OSI's Expansion Plan.
