Strategic Planning: Great Challenges
During the meeting, the achievements made throughout the past three years were presented. These achievements included the internationalization of United States and Mexico, the development and launch of a new product, such as the massive policy, as well as various approaches to reach out to different countries in Asia with our health services aiming to benefit communities.
The Strategic Plan 2016-2018 set great challenges regarding sustained growth, education and research, human resource management, efficient management of resources, care process optimization, and strengthening our culture of service focused on patients and their families. The previous is all within the framework of our dedication towards providing quality health service in every corner of the world we can reach.
Other noteworthy challenges are the consolidation of knowledge in the fields of medicine, science, academic, research and business, which have been developing in order to continue adapting our products to society's needs, as well as the unconditional support we provide to the Sanitas Foundation so our work may also touch impoverished communities.
Our plan for the next three years is a road map, situating us one step closer towards achieving the Mega Plan 2024. This allows us to provide our quality health services to over 30 million people worldwide by the end of the next decade. Welcome to this great challenge.
