Limitless Management
During the 1st International Management Meet held in Bogota, Colombia, for two days, the managers from different areas and their teams shared the differences between their countries in terms of regulations, processes, and ways of doing things in addition to analyzing the monitoring indexes associated to the aforementioned.
As far as the commercial area, the products we sell, our target market, our current business structure and the diverse strategies we have used to grow in every region were presented.
In the health area, besides sharing the differences between each country's social security systems; we also analyzed the model being used for each system and placed a special emphasis on primary care as well as health promotion and prevention programs as fundamental pillars for the efficient care of our patients' health.
The processes and systems were subjected to revision and the members agreed to share best practices and understand that when facing different legal regulations and markets in every country there must be flexibility in accordance with the processes and systems.
In conclusion, the session fostered opportunities to reflect upon service and corporate culture; both issues will be further developed and built with everyone's participation. The second session, which will be held during the second half of the year, promises to show the progress made on the work plans from the first session. The agenda will also include the topics of company infrastructure and a special chapter on human development.
