We continue to promote and spread compassion

At Sanitas Peru, we make sure every employee has a friendly labor environment to work, to grow, and develop optimally. With the Labor Ministry's support, the "Inclusive labor environments: the key to awareness-raising for human resources" workshop was held, in order to raise awareness within our teams about trust, mutual respect, and inclusion.

In our daily work relations, we seek to create an ideal labor environment by reinforcing awareness raising in our organization with the intention of creating an effective and sustainable job placement.

At the end of the workshop, the participants were happy and committed to live out the Keralty values.

Likewise, our General Manager, Carlos Llanos, who is committed to improving our society, visited the Ancón II prison with specialized doctors and nurses, in order to asses and provide care to the inmates, who were thankful and interested in this initiative. The aforementioned reinforces our commitment to cultivating solidarity.
