Responsible Rates and E-Voucher
for the Benefit of Our Users
Regarding the former accomplishment, the rate adjustment approval on behalf of the "Superintendence of the Insurance Activity" (as is in Spanish: Superintendencia de la Actividad Aseguradora de Venezuela) has become an act of our responsibility towards society and those who trust Sanitas to take care of their health. Additionally, the approval allows the continued guarantee of high quality medical care that is offered to the users.
In the second one, Sanitas Venezuela has been working towards employing new technology which provides added convenience and ease in completing everyday procedures.
As in the case of the E-Voucher, from the second half of 2016, hopes to enable users to purchase our service through internet and mobile applications from the comfort of their home or workplace.
Therefore, employee training (for administrative and professional health personnel) has been held regarding the overview and/or management of the new device which will allow the enactment of this change.
