Colsanitas Pediatric Clinic:
An opportunity to continue caring for our children's health
Welcoming the boys and girls who come to us seeking aid and relief from their health-related grievances, taking care of them and waking them up every day with a smile is the invitation that Joseba Grajales, President of Sanitas International Organization, extended to the more than 170 workers, who started their job on July 7th at OSI's first highly complex institution with expertise in the health and well-being of the youngest ones.
Colsanitas Pediatric Clinic has 40 hospital beds; 4 operating rooms, where over 6000 procedures are done yearly; 14 emergency consultation areas; 30 observation cubicles for patients requiring transit attention; an Acute Respiratory Illness Care Room (ERA in Spanish) and a Structural Hydration Room.
It has pediatric subspecialties for infectious diseases, endocrinology, neurology, orthopedics, cardiology, gastroenterology, pulmonology, nephrology, urology, mental health, and otolaryngology, to name a few. Moreover, it provides diagnostic and therapeutic aid with the clinical lab; conventional radiology; ultrasound; CT; MRI; physical, respiratory, occupational and speech therapy; audiometry; spirometry; and a respiratory diseases program (asthma).
Accordingly, the Organization continues to ratify through actions its commitment with innovation, constant growth and the wellbeing of families who confide in us their children's health care daily.
